I was sitting at my computer looking at this dill, trying to figure out a clever title for it. I kept looking at it and all of a sudden it dawned on me that it reminded me of the fireworks that many of us will enjoy tomorrow in celebration of our country’s independence. I will more than likely stay home, however, with the television turned up loud so the dogs won’t go nuts. That has worked for Buddy the past two years, but I’m not sure how Buster will handle the noise.
If you are traveling this weekend, please be careful and keep an eye out for those who might be celebrating a bit too much.

I hope Buddy and Buster are ok. I am so lucky .. Atlas doesn’t seem to mind the noise at all. I am even tempted to try to take him to the fireworks (I love them but don’t want to leave him home alone – because maybe he would react differently without me here) but haven’t gotten up the courage to try it yet.

And I also share in the concern for the noise. My little Coco has a terrible time with fireworks. I too am always trying to come up with some way to help him through. My Sadie… well she could care less. I hope it all went well for your two.
