For those who might be new to my blog, I am based in the Columbia Basin of Washington state. I love using natural light to capture agriculture, flowers, and the world around me. I also do portrait and pet photography, as the occasion arises.

Presets Heaven, that is. I mentioned yesterday that I’d be posting more of the puffball images, but I wanted to give it a different look this time, so I played around with various Lightroom presets. The one used here was from Presets Heaven’s For Weddings set, using the Normal Skin preset. Something wild is in store for tomorrow!

This preset gives a beautiful pink tone to this shot! Really nice. Cant wait to see the “wild” preset thats in store for tomorrow!!
This is an interesting variation with the same subject. I like the desaturated look of today’s … a bit more subtle. It will be fun to see further changes.

THanks too for PRESET HEAVEN! I watch some of the tutorials & found the soften skin tool fast & easy. I was dreading having to go into CS3 to work on skin – But no longer an issue.
I love the soft, dreamy look this pre-set provided. I’m addicted to Lightroom presets. They are life savers!

My favourite presets are from Preset Heaven. I use them a lot including the variety of ones from “for Weddings”. In fact, the photo I posted to Flickr today was done with one of their presets.
